ok... this is crazy : i accepted a special mission from kuma to sirius. this is normally a quick 2 hr run for the ship im using. but. this mission needs be completed in 8 hrs or less, so i accepted. it then said my ship would arrive in 10 hrs... 10 hrs !!! wtf kinda special nav priveledge is that ???? lol...

here are the ship stats im using on this mission:
viral-4
ST-95026 Arriving at Sirius Depot in 10 hours
Cargo Ship
Training and Equipment Navigation: 0
Communication: 50
Negotiation: 50
Tactical: 50
Engineering: 0
Engines: 8
Fuel Grids: 6
Cargo Pods: 4
Shields: 0
Scouters: 0
Phasers: 10
Scanners: 0
Fuel: 150 Damage: 250 out of 5000

so.... is that a flaw in the system ? like i say, i run a trade route between these 2 depots and its normally 2 hrs. theres no faster ship than this one .in fact, i have several idle ships that i just started using on these mission and this is the 3rd straight time this has happened. i'll not do anymore until i hear some kind of reply.

surely this isnt because i have no navigation training is it ? i never had this problem before. none my ships have it either. this only started acting like this crazy long arrivals just today.

As it explains in the Game Help,

"Special missions travel on special navigation routes allowed only to ships carrying special mission items. The travel time on these special navigation routes is NOT dependent on the number of Engines that a ship has, but on the hours of Navigation training. It is important to remember this when accepting a special mission, lest the ship arrive too late to collect the reward. "
