This idea is great and would help the whole sphere...

isnt hard to understand...the sl can setup a sphere tax, and all realms will automatically contribute to the sphere bank a x% of their income.

the SL could decide who should get gold...the gold could be used to the wonder or could be used to help a small realm.

Uhm, no! Cause most sls would abuse it to feed their own realm.
Suddenly planetarion flew through my mind where leaders often forced their systems to donate a lot to feed their own realm.

but if each time that the tax resources are used it appears in the sphere news everybody will know where is spent. something like :

Jun 1, 4:47 am 2,000,000 gold, 3000 mana, 0 peasants from the sphere funds were spent by Nagashizaar.

that way everyboody would see if your SL is corrupted, so you could change the SL to another one

yea...everybody could see where the money is going...of course someone will say that a noob can get the gold all the time and dont leave anything to the wonder funds, if we have a sliding SL....but come on...we have many other problems, like players from same sphere hit his mates with all the spells, then going into nb mode again, etc...

i think this is great idea.

in this 1st specialty round I got a little problem...not sure if it was my pc problem or a bug, but I couldnt login in my account in fk...everytime that I tried I was redirected to FK homepage.

if possible email me saying when the new round restart, then I'll check if the problem is still happening

I usually do send out an e-mail for a new round.

There wasn't any problems with the login system for anyone else, so it was probably your internet connection or browser. Cookies must be enabled, and you can't use AOL or anything else that dynamically changes your IP per page load.

think this idea has some merit but with slight change
each member not the SL gets to seclect what % of income goes towards i guess u could call it sphere bank.
This could be done with gold % per hour from 1 to 100
eg
if some 1 income was 400k p/h
could be something like
400k p/h 5% per hour to sphere bank
so that way even when u go on vacation status in a some way u be helpin ur sphere and the person is not donating more than they feel like

I think the SL should set up the % because there is players that dont contribute and still abuse of the wonder bonus.

this thing is of minor importance now that wonders are so cheap.

I forgot to poin that little detail in my last post...the wonder r too cheap to worrie about this feature

and in FK we contribute to keep an alliance bonus that can be changed all the time...and not to build a wonder.

They have this exact thing in Star Kingdoms. The SL has a certain percentage of everyones income that they can contribute to the sector fund. It comes out of their income too so it they can't really take advantage of it.

be good if it was able to be drawn from for charity no matter what size land the receiver is so it could hold other stuff not just gold but all da stuff u can give for charity this would make the sphere more 1 force than alotta forces in 1 sphere it would make killin some 1 harder but u could make it targetable by spells and opps be interesting bonos durin a war
each sphere could build it like a second wonder cost of 1 of the old wonders
be interestin if put too much resorces in it and it was destroyed or drained then u wasted the resorces not enouch in it and wont ne much help when some 1 needs charity
any how thats proply just a pipe dream but would be a fun new twist
