The reasons for redrawing this table:
1) round after round it's shown how gnome/elf own the honor ranks and lesser extent the glory ranks, and dwarfs plainly are the best for glory whoring.
2) goblins, halflings and undead are neglected cause they're seen as too crappy.

I'll overgo every change i made in the table with the explanation of my intentions:

Human:
Base race, so left alone a lot, except for minor reduced costs on their troops to give them some kind of fluff as no other race is being disvantages more than advantaged.

Elf:
The research and peasants have been slightly reduced since the research was to a lesser extent a good advantage, the race was pretty balanced, slightly altered to make the rest more viable.

Orc:
Mostly kept the same as it's a balanced race overal, but i did take out the research penalty to make it a littler more sturdy.

Demon:
This race is very balanced, some claim it great, it's indeed good if you use the 1 spot troops, therefore i changed nothing to the setup in the table but i put a reduction in the cost of the cerberus and appolyon, cause they're not easily used due to their extremely high costs.

Goblin:
Balanced race as is, although i give their pop and food usage a little bump in the good direction to make them a little more easy to defend, since the big need of forts for their troops can be a burden to the race.

Dwarf:
A slight reduction in their income bonus as it was way bigger then the rest and it gave them a huge advantage in glory whoring.

Gnome:
A big pop reduction to put their pop in the same position as elves, hopefully doing this might make them slightly less powerful as they have a good income not as big as dwarves, but still good since they pay less for their scholars.

Undead:
The penalty of bigger troop costs cause they have no need for food completely taken away cause the food advantage is barely a help, people use like 2-4% farms anyway during the round. And the return penalty lowered 10% cause 40% is very painful.

Draconian:
Completely left the same aside of the return time boosted to -30% so they can also use their 7 hr return time strat with a personality that isn't barb or general.

Halfling:
the magic resist and cost boost taken away and their troop cost lowered even more cause their offensive capabilities were pushed down on the troops, this should make them more interesting to play cause they can make defense a lot faster then other races now and still handle a viable offense although not getting the chance to being overpowered as they'll need a lot of forts to put up a big offense.

So that's what i'd figure that might balance the MR races a little as at the moment there's barely any reason not to go gnome/elf or dwarf (and in lesser extent demon).

If you redraw that table, I might just read your post...
Exotic Br Power
I cant understand that table...isnt easier if u post something like this:

Dwarf:
15%income
-5%pop
Santa
Jeebus, there is *no* activity in here anymore. I think I must be clairvoyant or something, cos I'm pretty sure *I TOLD YOU THIS WOULD HAPPEN*...

Anyway, to not stray *completely* off topic - with the Goblin modifications you're suggesting up there a decent player could jump in and pwn anyone with gobo...

your demon setup will be to powerful i think. everyone plays demon with war gen...the units are gonna be mega cheap meanin when the others leave noob with 2.5k 8/8's or whatever a demon will be leavin with 4k's worth :-/ (figure of speech) demons will just beat down on everyone going without makin an effort. not many people play the cerebus and app strat but those that do, tend to do fine with current costs. i personally wouldnt see any need in lowering the costs as war gen already does that for you.

I know, but whatever i suggested in the topic DL recently closed i didn't change a thing to demons. it's different from what i've done here. This suggestion was made months ago and i revised my own "suggestion".
