Mass Effect is a good game. Best story every. My only complaint was the lack of autosaving. Nothing more frustrating than playing an RPG for a half hour, dying and having to replay it.
Eh, it does autosave. Not that frequently though - you just gotta learn to save often 
I've played through the game four times by now, still not done *everything* so I'll get it for PC and get through it a few times on there as well. My average save count per game is 105.

Assassins Creed possibly has a worse auto-save feature... Grrr...
