This round is boring. Its surel over due for chaos? and whats the possibility of having something a bit different? maybe consider these?
1. No wonders
2. 4 system alliances
3. No group sign ups
4. Maximum 7 planets per system, 3 galaxies so 36 systems = 252 players
atleast some kind of change is needed!!!

A round with no alliances would be great, and much much smaller system sizes.
No alliance, no system, FFA.... would be nice.
remove all exploration out of noob!!! atleast the robots.. and I will play another round! Oh and yes.. alliance size should be maximum 4 systems.
