The game starts 7:00 pm GA time, which is 1 AM (or later) for most European players. This really sux cause if we don't stay up or get up in the middle of the night we miss out on 3 discoveries...
And besides that, most European players will leave newbie mode in the middle of the night aswell (for me it will be 3 am). I'm really wondering why Chick set the times like this because there are quiet a lot European players around and this isn't fair to them.
There are plenty of other timepoints to start so that both US and European players can login simultaneously without anyone having to get up in the middle of the night...

Is this really a problem?? Either you get up from bed or you sleep good and miss some hours and a couple of discoverys..

I have a full time job and I dont have time doing GA at work and sometimes I even work weekends. And some rounds I´ve been on vacation.. plz chick can you hold the start of the round untill I get home from work, or home from my vacation? Seriously Dash...

Spare me your sarcasm. I know you can never satisfy everyone, but a significant portion of the GA community comes from Europe and by choosing these times they are heavily disadvantaged. If the round would start throughout the day there would still be a chance that a lot of people (from both US and Europe) can't login due to school or work. I just think it would have been better if the round would start at an other time point, that's all.
But hey it's no problem for me, I'm not getting up in the middle of the night. I enjoy a good night sleep, but this does force people to show addictive behaviour, lol

Well it wasnt ment to be a rude or anything.. =) what I mean is that if you are that "addicted" and think about when game starts and to get maximum out of all discoverys and stuff.. Im sure thoose people, european, US or whatever.. would prefer it like now. This way they "only" have to come to work or school tired instead if missing 4 hits out of noob.. lol

You mean that so-called football with grown up men dressed up in tights and padded armour? lmao!
If you don't like football, because of the way it is played, you should't be calling american football for football either. After your standards Rugby should be the real football.... And american football would be renamed to Softballs.

rugby is cute and all, but you really do not understand real football if you think you could put a bunch of rugby players in it and expect them to last an entire game without running out of replacements.
as for soccer, the reason it is so popular is because that even people that countries and towns that couldnt even afford to feed themselves can scrounge up enough money for a used soccer ball =)
that said, if each country picked their soccer teams like they do a jury, those poor and hungry ones would spank our developed countries, with all of our overindulgence in beer and steak and cheese. =P

Rugby is for guys who have no soccer skills
so does that mean rugby was created by the scottish???
but i disagree i regularly play both, but obviously a rugby player couldnt make the transition to a footballer at pro level, just too big for that but i did play youth, sunday league for both and also play rugby league for MMU for the last 2 years, well rugby at uni is just a bunch of drunk guys beating each other up from other cities on a field, but it still counts lol
