I don't remember too much, but round 17 was my favorite, just for this reason:

And then there was round 39, when I finally achieved a top ten finish after all the time I've played:

Oh and round 35, It was me, Tansy, Richi, Kane, and rockmonkey in a group, and we have some lucky randoms, and we ended up all being turtles to varying degress, but it was a fun round none the less.

Round 5, when I first made the Scan Manager and made the entire game a level playing field for everyone. :-)

I have to agree with EA... that's got to be the favorite moment of mine as well. When he helped in boasting egos of so-called pros like LoneWolf by creating a scanner that made them believe they were on top of the world. Before this all the pros -and I quote- "had to be cheating, how else doe they always know when people are out". A simple notepad answer wasnt enough...

Oh well, sure made it more challanging to be first to the targets -allthough keeping banks to yourself was impossible:(

Mine must be all the countless rounds with good friends. Especially round 28, the comeback of Syndicate. When we gather on AIM and gangbang random people on top.20 and waiting for abusing messages from the targets. Thinking about this makes me all hot and fuzzy inside!!

I forgot about that round. I remember that round actually, and we all had some italian mobster name. That was a good round.

Being able to make as many 'friends' as i have. This game has taught me one thing, that it is just a game.

Round 45 - one of my best newbie exits, and this weird bug shows up and mess it all up. Result: 4billion soldiers and all military disbands after tick.

Round 17 was definitely a fun round. Our group was also in "Cake" (we were The Muses system). Good times....

My LEAST favorite round was Round 3, with the GateKaaos disaster. What a ridiculous, horrible mess that was.

Well, not sure what it happened 100% but I recall whoever was galactic court got disabled for abusing the position because that person was totally pissed off at my system for harrassing Terrans planet...

Nope, that was NOT me. That must have been the guy who was doing it before I took over. I can't remember who he was, though. Chick & Fugs brought me in to the Galactic Court to work *with* the other guy, presumably to add another perspective and to help out, but within a matter of weeks, he was no longer doing it. Maybe the situation you described is the reason why? I don't know.... But I can tell you with complete honesty that I have never, ever been disabled in either GA or MR, and I have played every single round of both games since each of them was created.

favourite addictive memories were top 10 rankings from r14 - r27, an 11th in r28. in oct 2006 I left GA and decided to play only magerealms due to my very happy fathership. r42 I played a full round, have been kt'd as good 7th and ended 21st. this r46 I have a comeback again, but now its all full of bugs - let's see how it continues

Can't decide between the Empires round (round 10, was it?), the HellFire round and one of the last three SoReloaded rounds...

first galactic court admin was zulu.

You mean GateKeepers right? They were the ones that messed up all over the place. I was AL of GateKaaos as the sister alliance to Gail, and we stood up and survived. We were the smaller "off-casts" but we sure did have fun back then.

Best times of recent rounds has to be R38 as a member of the 'phobias - Triskaidekaphobia , and I was the only one left as the rest of my mates got killed off, and R35 as fatties. Round 13 was fun when I played with Glenni and Bing way back then, made a comeback with GateKaaos and was the first round my alliance won. There's a round where I also won, but no idea which one now. Can't really remember much besides that, and haven't played since. Oh and Posse/PosseTwo was fun in R2. A blur, but plenty fun as there were so many players, systems and alliances.

Another good memory I have is the round that I won....

Lots of fun rounds and meet a lot of good players along the way.
Think it was Tom who first took the time to show me the basics or maybe it was some1 else in a Star TRek system probs around round 17
then in the 20's round bumped into my mate Pirk who showed me the ropes, also helped out Joeseph with his allaince and i think we hit No1 some round
Favorite rounds for me was when i was I love the Hoff, got of to a flyer then totally screwed up with missed hits and another was Cup cakes when it was my system against wicky and Richi's system. i think i hit all the top 10 that round was going round second time when i got KT'd. wicky went on to set a new land record i think and richi pulled of his SF masterstoke with his 500 million cash he had lieing about.
along the way ive grouped with mossa pinga ash David x pirk richi terran Kaan , Beer monsta( where is he these days) and so many more I cant remember every1
a later round we also got all our group in top 5 which was quite an acheivement, but wasnt an exciteing round, we kinda owned all round

Be good to see some of these players back

Its a great game ive had a lot of fun playing and hope and wish the player base could at least hit 200 and over again

My favourite memory from this round, lol. A person that cant really handle any criticism, while making up stupid things about others just to try to get under their skin, bans another person for posting some obvious things.

My favorite moment was something called the 5 PM hit squad. My system and another with crazy (and well playing) croats got together and killed one planet each day during a war vs an alliance 2x our size. And that turned the tide of the war:) I don't know when it was, but it was before game 20 and GA had +500 players (only actives in the scores at least).

For me its hard - I think my favorite is anytime I decided to sign up while Richie played. Was pretty easy to find him because everytime he got clapped he sent threatening messages of the same sort. (touch me again) (You already hit me once, touch me again you die) so long ago I dont remember word for word but it always made the round more interesting

Well good to see a few peeps I know still kicking around these forums if not many moons from when I was last here.

I have a lot of good memories on GA, most end with being KT but it was fun and even looking back I can say, time not well spent.

A few rounds were 28, playing volcanic hitting peeps left right and centre, nuking players and generally having some good times!

Round 29 because I frickin kicked ass until being KT, I was in a position to dominate and that I did until the eventual bring down, a little like drugs eh!

Round 35 because I was so close to that all time win I had been aiming for, sadly I only managed top land, top nw was not to be and so settled for 2nd

Players that I possibly wont forget are SWB-funny guy, Tansy-Funny guy, Rebin-also funny guy, DA-a little cuckoo, Dash-old school, Kane-old school, Richi-never ceased to amaze me! Belgian Lands-rather serious , Biel Tan-amazingly good at this game aka too much free time haha

Its great to see GA still exists but its a shame that thats all it is, existing.. would have been great to have come back and seens a few 100 peeps at least I think those days are gone for good now

I love all my Galaxies Ablaze memories! Even those times I got massacred!

My fav moment was the development and beta rounds when I actually got to play, after we officially opened I never really got to play a serious round, maybe its time I signed up again and gave it a try.

Well a new round started about 2 weeks ago it looks like, I actually just signed up a couple of days ago. Player numbers are really small nowadays, but one more would be welcome!
